Staging & Dancefloors

Staging and dance floor hire to include:

Aluminium Litestructures Litedeck stage decks, Litespace Spacedeck, access steps, stage barriers, platforms, rolling risers, dancefloors and more... If you need to hire staging in Oxford call us, we have all shapes and sizes of modular stage sections available to rent from our evergrowing in-house stock. 

Litedeck staging can be erected on a variety of levels and surfaces from grass to gravel, uneven ground and even in / over water!

Customers can choose to collect and return the equipment which is also known as 'dry hire'. We also offer full technical and emergency support during your hire period. Our daily hire charge is for 24 hours. Weekly rates include weekends. All equipment hire prices listed plus VAT. We ask for a deposit on all hires.

We find that the best way to calculate what size dancefloor you will need is take the total number of guests, divide by 2 (because usually only 1/2 the guests will dance at one time – and we think packed dance floors are better than sparse ones!), multiply by 4.5 square feet per person. This gives you the approximate square footage you will need for dancing. Our chart can then be used to find the size of dancefloor you require.

Example: 250 guests/2 = 125 people * 4.5 sq ft = 562.5 sq ft = 24' x 24' Dance Floor Recommended
